Youtap is delivering a large banking and finance project in Zimbabwe. The Software Support Engineer/s will work with Youtap's project team and global support and management teams to deliver all aspects of software support.
This will include management of the client through the entire solution delivery, as well as managing the client relationship post-implementation and provide ongoing support from requirements, development, documentation, and solution perspective.
