We are seeking a Temporary/Contract Harare Branch Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the banking industry to lead our local operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring optimal service delivery and adherence to company policies. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch growth and profitability. - Manage and mentor branch staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
