Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and convert leads, collaborating with the marketing team.
- Client Engagement: Conduct persuasive calls and emails, build strong client relationships.
- Tender Pursuit: Strategically chase tenders, analyze requirements, ensure timely proposals.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research for business expansion and provide insights.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, foster a results-driven culture.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, collaborate with finance and production.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall sales and export strategy, identify new opportunities.
- CRM Management: Implement and maintain CRM systems for effective customer relationship management.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients, collaborate with legal and finance teams.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Export-related experience preferred within a B2B Sales preferably into transmission towers & steel industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, especially export processes.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- Should be able to work independently and remotely.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a proven track record of previous sales made.
- Must have industry relations.
